Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request is approved. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment or provided via bank transfer as per the discussion.
If a guest fails to show up on the scheduled travel date (no-show), no refund will be issued. 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.
Some booking components like certain flights, non-refundable hotel categories, or specific festive period bookings may have zero refund policies regardless of the cancellation date. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
